It was Sunday morning and I needed a document out of our safe and realized the batteries died and I couldn’t get in. I called a few local locksmiths and waited for phone calls back (technically I’m still waiting). I called All Locksmith and explained my self inflicted dilemma. My friend listened, was empathetic and offered a solution immediately. Within two hours, a just as professional technician was at my door and made all attempts to open the safe without taking it out of commission. We ended up drilling, which was perfectly fine, and my technician did a fantastic job. He was kind, quick and efficient. Hopefully I’m never in this scenario again, but if I am I know who to call first.read more

Rolly was very respectful and caring! My husband and I was locked out of our home and he kept checking up on us to make sure we was ok while waiting for the technician to arrive. This place goes above and beyond to help their customers. I needed specialty locks and keys for my renovation home on a Sunday and he went out of his way to get the locks and key blanks of the specific keys I needed and said he'd come find me. I texted him photos of the locks and keys so he could make sure he got the right ones for me. He was quick to reply and get what I needed on a Sunday. This place is awesome! I am a family law attorney. People seem to forget that one most often needs a locksmith in an emergency (such as when there has been domestic violence and we get a court order to have the locks changed). In addition, the locksmith is the one person that knows how to get into your house, apartment or business. You need someone you can trust. Excellent and speedy service! I was lucky to have Leo who unlocked our door in a matter of minutes. He was nearby at their beltsville office and came within 20 minutes! Polite, friendly and gave good advice on a better lock system on our house door, but wasn't pushy either. Such a nice guy who was friendly with my dog too :). Very thankful to have great locksmith service at a great price too!

My Company needed a good locksmith with our beltsville location warehouse and building locks to be re-keyed. So we found All Locksmith services on google, we saw all the outstanding great reviews and we didn't think twice to call and hire them to be our locksmith for the task.
I spoke to Leo the manager directly, he was very nice and friendly over the phone. He schedule a appointment for next day to have teach come out.
Ron arrived on time, he handed Us business cards. We showed him all the doors and locks. He explained us all the options and process very professionally
Within 3 hours or less our entire office was re-Keyed to one master key to work on every single lock. We had total of 12 locks. Ron is a true professional locksmith. His very knowledge about locks. We checked all keys with all locks all function perfectly. His prices are reasonable, and his work is outstanding. We highly RECOMMEND ALL LOCKSMITH SERVICES TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A GOOD HONEST LOCKSMITH. Definitely best of everyone I ever deal with.read more

I recently moved into a new apartment up in the beltsville area and needed a new deadbolt installed. I was looking for a good local locksmith, all the amazing reviews here led me to pick up the phone and inquire; and I'm so glad I did. He came up to my new place bring with him several different models of deadbolts, took his time explaining the pro's and con's of each and never came across as a pushy salesman. He is the perfect combination of professional and friendly. My deadbolt was quickly and efficiently installed, they gladly honored the online Yelp discount (and even suggested I use it again in the future if I need), and took a credit card payment on the spot. I made a call at about 3:40 on a Friday afternoon, for what I thought was an emergency locksmith service. I was told by Pete that someone would be there in less than an hour. True to his word, we had Luke come to do the job less than 45 minutes later, with him calling ahead to let us know he was on his way. When Luke arrived, he got right to work, explaining everything as he was doing the job. We appreciated is manner, professionalism, competence, and expertise. He was even able to make 12 keys for us right from his truck, so this saved us an extra trip to the hardware store. Luke was nothing short of GREAT! We would DEFINITELY use this mobile locksmith company again, and we would definitely ask for Luke again! Prompt, great service!!!!read more

Luke was very patient and calm about the whole situation. He was never rude. He was never frustrated when one method of opening the door would not work. He kept his cool and composure. Lastly he did it all in a timely manner.
